A little background about myself to help with the subject matter of the blog. Im a 35 years old man, who at the age of 15 was raped by a male. This blog isnt a discussion on my past even though i will delve into it at times, it is a platform to help me disscuss how it has affected my mental health since and my goals and steps to achieving so form of closure. I also hope to promote topics of conversation and discussion around the subjects and maybe my experiences could help others.
